One Day Trip 4 Beach & Merese Hill at Lombok

Note:

1. It is highly recommended to make reservations 2 weeks before the D-day, so that we can maximize our service.

2. Reservations can be made a maximum of 3 days before departure

Reschedule or Change of Departure Date:

1. Reschedule or change of implementation date up to D-7 free of charge.

2. Reschedule during D-7 will be charged 30% of the total Down Payment of the trip.

3. Reschedule on D-3 will be charged 50% of the total Down Payment of the trip.

4. Reschedule on D-1 will be charged 50% of the total Trip Cost.

5. Reschedule on D-day cannot be done anymore.

6. Reschedule is only valid 1x from after Down Payment.

Cancellation or Reschedule Due to Force Majeure:

1. If there is a Force Majeure such as a natural disaster, government policy, war, and/or including things beyond human will and ability. Causing the postponement of departure or cancellation of this trip, it will be discussed through deliberation.

2. If there is Force Majeure, and the result of the deliberation is the cancellation of departure, the trip cost will be refunded except for costs for transportation, logistics, accommodation and/or other related parties in the trip in question.
