2 days full Batik Workshops ( includes traditional and natural dyes workshops materials)

23/7 arrive and check in . Free time to walk around the village and get to know the place. 

24/7 schedule- Welcome to the studio. 

Morning from 8 am

                - Introduction to traditional Javanese Patterns. 

                 Introduction to the tools used : canting, wax, cotton.

                 Draw with pencil and wax your first traditional batik on cotton. 

                 First layer of color and leave it dry. Use of colors ( napthol and indigo sol)  

Midday- Free time for Meal

Afternoon ( the studio closes at 18:00)

                   -  Continue with your Traditional Batik for adding extra layer of wax

                   - Second layer of color

                  - Depending on your time and energy repeat this process one more time

                  - Remove wax and leave it to dry. 

Night         -- Free time and dinner around the home stays. 

25/7 schedule

Morning from 8 am

                - Introduction to natural dyes

                - Start your design on cotton and draw with pencil if needed and with wax

                 - First and second layer of natural color and dry

Midday- Free time for Meal

Afternoon ( the studio closes at 18:00)

                   -  Continue with your Batik for adding extra layer of wax

                   - Second layer natural dye

                  - Remove the wax and leave and dry

Night         -- Free time and dinner around the home stays.
